Creatine Monohydrate- More About It!

# History of Creatine

Creatine was not invented in a lab as it was discovered by a French Scientist named ‘Michel-Eugene Chevreul’ as a component of skeletal muscle. Few years down the line, Justus von Liebig, a German scientist observed an increase in physical activity with an increased production of creatine in animals. The scientist formulated an extract of meat ‘Fleisch Extrakt’ after isolating the component, that is considered as the first supplement of creatine. Therefore, there’s nothing mysterious or new about creatine, and can be easily used by all the aspiring body builders.
